The Brief

Connected Investors is a leader in the grassroots Real Estate Investment sector, and their industry-leading tool (PiN) transforms months of labor into clicks and scrolls. The exhaustive possibilities of this tool empower existing and potential Real Estate Investors to find and move on properties with a narrowed focus, but finding the entry point for new investors proved to be the pain point. So, Connected Investors needed to launch an email marketing campaign that would inspire curiosity and invite prospective investors to meet the tool that would enhance their investment journey.

The Approach

With a wide range of potential investors, from overwhelmed newcomers to seasoned investors, this campaign would demand two distinct messages to address polarized prospect bases. Seasoned investors needed a get-to-the-point invitation that acknowledged time is money, while the specific qualms of greener investors had to be alleviated. No matter how long investors had been at it, Connected Investors needed to prove that it was the most powerful tool to simplify and maximize the real estate investment journey.

So, we built two unique, < 200 word marketing email directed to each of their targeted client bases.
