Intelsat
The Brief
Intelsat’s Operations department launched its Error Zer0 program to help internal teams and contributors reduce the number of manual mistakes they make at work. This effort included the construction of training resources to equip teams with the awareness and skills to prevent human errors; however, there was no clear or compelling marketing plan, strategy, or copy to inspire teams to participate in the program.
The Approach
Leaning on the core tenets of the training, we considered the key targets and aspirations of the program, at large, to create an aligning marketing approach across all teams and users. This approach had to quickly and succinctly identify the goals, while encouraging users to participate.
We developed a bank of headlines for use in Email subject lines, newsboards throughout office spaces, and monthly/quarterly decks for presentation to various teams.
