Lend Hope
The Brief
Hope WorldWide introduced its LendHOPE program to empower economic opportunity through entrepreneurial training, mentorship, and crowdfunded mircodonations to business owners in underdeveloped areas of the world. Engagement with the program is primarily facilitated through LendHOPE WorldWide’s donor application, which was to be introduced and launched to supporters via video promotion at an upcoming VISION conference. This video should visually and audibly tell the story behind LendHOPE and invite conferencegoers to download the app, with a goal of gaining 1,000 new users.
The Approach
To help drive attendees toward the organizational goal, Hope WorldWide sought to draft a conceptual script that would play the background to approximately two minutes of video content, driving viewers to empathize with the mission, visualize the objectives, and engage with the next steps of the program. The primary goal was inspiration of a new generation, emphasizing that small donations make big differences. Since the goal was to gain 1,000 new users on the app, the viewer needed to be inspired to greater curiosity – enough so to visit the app store on their way out the doors.
The Script
