Pro Granite needed to modernize. After spending decades growing rapport in their community and developing a reputation for excellence, their website needed to reflect who they are today. Having supported years of customer connection, their website language was tied to an old brand stuck in a different era. Alongside a design team that breathed new life into the visuals, Pro Granite sought copy for their site to present a refreshed voice that could speak to prospective customers.
The Approach
We started by getting to know the brand at the highest levels and explored what it looks like to be a customer interested in working with the Pro Granite team. Uncovering a focus on a more residential client base with a tasted for the finer things, our direction was solidified as one that demanded a refined voice for a mature audience with particular tastes and an expectation of excellence.
